Studio Fitness Plus is Julie Valenti.  Julie Valenti is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer.  She is also a licensed physical therapy assistant.  Julie is a competitive triathlete and a motivating and compassionate trainer who brings a unique blend of fitness to her clients.
